Our Approach to Student Well-Being

At Robertson, we believe in nurturing both academic success and emotional well-being. We guide students in developing essential social and emotional skills, helping them manage emotions, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships.

Character Education and SEL Curriculum

We implement two key programs:
SecondStep (K-5): Focuses on learning skills, empathy, emotion management, and problem-solving.
Overcoming Obstacles (Middle School): Covers effective communication, decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution.

Middle School Round Tables

This year, we introduced Middle School Round Tables, providing a safe space for students to discuss personal and academic challenges, fostering community and support.

Ongoing Support

We also conduct daily and weekly check-ins for students needing extra help and facilitate mediation sessions for peer conflicts, promoting open communication and empathy.

At Robertson, we’re committed to creating a positive environment where every student can thrive!

School Safety

The safety of our students is our top priority. Upon arrival, all visitors must sign in using our VisitU system to help maintain a secure environment. Access to the building is granted individually. Our facility remains locked throughout the day to enhance student safety. By implementing these measures, we ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all members of our school community.

Charter Parent Association

Our CPA enables a parent to take an active role in their child’s education. Please visit our Parent Resource page or connect with our front office for more information about joining our CPA.
