Ms. Biba is our 1st Grade Teacher. She joined our staff in 2004. She has a B.A. from Illinois State University with a concentration in Special Education. Prior to joining the Robertson Charter School staff, she worked for Richland Community and Decatur Macon County Opportunities Corporation (DMCOC) as a member of the Anna Waters Head Start project.
