Bishop G.E. Livingston
Bishop G.E. Livingston has a B.Min. from Masters Divinity School and a M.A. from Masters Graduate School of Divinity. He is the senior pastor of Life Changers Church (Decatur, IL) and the founder of Life Changers International Ministries. Bishop Livingston is the General Treasurer and Diocese Bishop for the United Covenant Churches of Christ Worldwide. He has served as; President of Macon Resources, Inc., President of the Decatur Boys and Girls Club, Chairman of the Decatur Civil Service Committee, President of the Decatur Community Development Fund, Commissioner on the Decatur City Plan Commission, Director and Committee Chair for the Community Investment Corporation of Decatur, Chairman of the Board of the Minority Business Network, and Chairman of the Coalition on Human Rights. He speaks around the world on economic empowerment and leadership development.
